Friendly and welcoming staff at reception.  Great audiologist who explained clearly to me the process we were going through and answered all my questions.  Loved the free coffee on arrival/departure.

Had an appointment, arrived only to be told by the technician that I needed wax removed before test. Should have been told beforehand.

Tom was thoroughly professional and patient repairing my wife's hearing aids and re-tuning them to improve their performance for her. It would be nice if the council helped provide their facility with a handicapped parking space. Thank you to the team from Triton Whangarei.

My Apologies to Triton hearing. On further investigation ,I did visit there quite some time ago, before Google guides existed.  On reflection, if my memory serves me correctly, their service as to be expected, first class and very professional. I wish they also did memory restoration.

From the minute I walked in I was welcomed with a warm friendly greeting and offered a cup of coffee.  Beautiful customer service and the doctor was very friendly and professional.  I was made to feel at ease as I was very nervous. Thankyou all very much.

Great company to go to for hearing problems. Highly recommended service I have had for the last 30 years.

I cant speak highly enough about the customer service of the Whangarei staff. They went beyond the call of duty to help with my mothers hearing aids. I am very grateful.
