Firstly it's a motel. The only reason it's called a hotel is because they service the rooms by making the beds, provide clean towels and top up the tea/coffee and toiletries. The rooms are nothing like they look in the photos. Bathroom was very dirty. We booked for 3 nights. We were 3 people staying. They said we would get a room with a single and a queen. I called and reconfirmed. I reconfirmed with Jackson, Aaron and Marie. When we arrive they gave us a room with a queen and a sleeper couch. When we enquired they said it only says 2 adults on the reservation. We were  very upset as they could not give us the room we reserved as they said it was fully booked. We could move to the room we reserved on Sunday evening if we liked. No point. That was going to be our last night. Very angry and disappointed.

Awesome place to just unwind and enjoy a feed with loved ones. Kids gaming area is free and keeps em busy for hours.
Meal serves are substantial and well worth it.
Highly recommended for the family

Located conveniently on the corner Springvale road and Burwood highway. The place feel spacious and a bit gloomy inside. Outdoor  sitting area was nice and quieter than inside. There's a massive screen with sports on all the time and there was plenty of parking during the week but not sure about weekends and Friday nights. 
Prices are average and food was OK too. Chicken Parma comes with some salad and fries. I could barely finish the portion. There's a Dan Murphys located next door if you don't want to pay a premium inside the pub 😉

Had a very wonderful experience in here.
The environment's so nice, perfect for relaxing.
Although I find the drinks to be expensive,
it doesn't make the place any less good.

Pictures on internet didn’t provide correct room. Bathroom and toilet floor was dirty including shower screen. Old food and dirt found under cushions when searching for lost Phone under couch cushions. Hot water took over 20 minutes to come. Room very dated and felt dirty. Room over priced for what you actually get.
