Its a bit cheaky putting an eftpos surcharge onto the customers bill which happened today. Its only 35 cents but its not a very ethical business practice. That is supposed to be a business cost, not a customer add on charge. If you are going to do this, then technically you should be disclosing this on your menu prices. Its not something ive been charged for anywhere else using eftpos.

I dined here the other day but my pasta was oily and their garlic bread was stone cold.
The pizza was ok but it's not what I expect to get after paying $57 for the order. 
Something has significantly changed what used to be a great pizza chain.

Second home delivery from this place and again very happy. Had a large Garlic Prawn Pizza, the prawns were as thick as my fingers. Also had the Herb & Garlic Sourdough which was very nice and crunchy . Also two 1.25 litre Coke bottles which were very cold. Delivery time was shorter than the suggested time.

Cooked the pizza well but gave me the wrong order (vegetarian instead of super supreme). Pizzas are good but expensive.

The standard of Pizzas at Crust used to be high, using high quality ingredients with nice size toppings. Now it's more of a Dominoes type pizza chain, where the standards have been lowered, the raw materials used are not upto scratch, and there's just some form of vibe that has significantly changed what used to be a great pizza chain.
