Walk in front door, let your eyes adjust for a minute, one of the staff said hi back, no acknowledgement from the other one sadly.nRange of items in-store is vast, definitely have a selection to choose from.nWalked round the whole store, upstairs, downstairs, wasn't until back near the counter before the older staff member walked over to see if needed any help with anything, advised no thank you. They promptly walked back behind counter & back to their ph.nI get working weekends & would probably rather be somewhere else, but did not make me feel like I wanted to buy anything from there.nnAs my dad would've said, every person that walks through the front door is a potential customer or sale, no matter how big or small, the same amount of service should be the same, no matter who they are or how they dress!
I haven't bought a tent from there but in the same store in Sydney. However last Sunday I've stopped over due to a issue with my roof top tent Darche. As I was going for a trip I needed a quick solution which David done quickly and with such professionalism. Big thank you and recommend.

Shop smelled strongly of natural gas. They ask for phone number and first and last name when you purchase something for some reason. Unsure why.
They were fantastic with helping to replace a section of the pole that was stuck for my 10p Gold Coleman tent
