Saw there Facebook page, I was looking for a lounge for my new home, found what I was looking for and what I considered to be a great price that fit perfectly into my budget. Drove 35 min's away to a store in Springwood QLD and was able to take it home in my ute that day. They have delivery also.
Bought a lounge for a great price. Went to pick it up 3 days later but left the invoice at home. Showed my licence at the counter and they printed out a new one so I could collect my lounge. Great service and great prices. Highly recommend.
Really great bargains at greatly reduced prices. High quality products. Staff very friendly and helpful, they went out of their to help me load and secure my purchase. I have shopped there a few times now, and will do so in the future. Thanks again to the Tender disposal team. Pete.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Literally drove over an hour and rented a truck only to see the lounge was used condition and will only give $40 off even tho I paid in cash. Alysha and the manager are terrible. They don’t know how to talk to people, worse customer service. The manager was counting money instead of talking to me saying “his busy” while we stood there. I asked for price to be $80 less since it was very damaged and I was going to pay $3600 in cash, he ignored me and left. I was told that cash would be discounted on the phone but when I went their it wasn’t discounted. I was ignored and the lounge doesn’t even come with the cables you need to pay extra. Worse experience I’ve never had. The items are all broken or peeling or damaged. Nothing like the photos
We’ve shopped at Tenders several times over the past few years and have been happy each time with the products we’ve received. Some were factory seconds and some were brand new in boxes. Staff have consistently been helpful and knowledgeable. I imagine we’ll be back soon for more products
Lots of outdoor settings to choose from in all different styles. Bought a 3 piece 'chat set'. Good sturdy quality, comfortable and a great price. Looks fantastic on the deck. Highly recommend.
We recently bought a lounge set from tender disposal after a long search across many furniture stores. The price we got was well below other stores for really good quality. I'd recommend having a look here as the value was great.
They do what they say, although I find it's still not that cheap. Having worked in sales for furniture retailers before, I know that the prices are probably within a retailers margins with a bit of negotiation This was a 3 or 4 star review, but then I read the disgusting review response the owner gave to a reviewer called S J and I decided that was really horrible customer treatment. So it's a 1, sometimes patience and caring about your customers gets you somewhere.
Purchased a beautiful outdoor dining setting today! The staff was so helpful and friendly and to top it of amazing value for such high quality furniture! Thankyou for everything guys you amazing
Was easy to find our new sofa. The purchasing experience was ordinary. In response to "owner" ... I understand the model, but that's not what I was referencing, it wouldn't hurt you to train your staff in customer service would it?
