Excellent Staff at Spotlight near Ikea. So helpful and I dealt with four different staff members on this visit for different purposes. Each person was helpful, courteous and pleasant. Well done Spotlight.

I'm always so disappointed in the rudeness of the staff. They begrudgingly answer my questions, most often I leave without what I need and head straight to lincraft. Spotlight stocks a large range of goods, it's a shame they're not encouraging a better customer service experience. Go to Lincraft or buy online instead.

Has absolutely nothing for candle making an when I google searched were to buy candle making supplies spotlight was 2nd on the list

Prices not shown on racks for items. When priced at check out prices extremely high for items that are found else where half the price. Store is in need of a new look, feels disorganised and cramped. 
Two full stars for team members working in spotlight was the highlight of the store, helpful and polite.
