The worst service ever we ordered sofas from them they came and after a while they broke we made a claim, and they finally got back to us after 1 year but they still refused to come and fix the sofas instead they just wanted to give us $350. That wasn’t enough because of all the damage. When we were purchasing the sofas they kept bugging us to get the extended warranty but they are just a bunch of scammers.
Recently Brought My New Lounge Suite At Amart Furniture Logan. It Looks And Feels Great. Extremely Comfortable. Customer Service Was Excellent. Only Problem I Found WRONG, Was That You Can't Buy An Item Straight Of The Floor. Apparently You Have To Go To There Warehouse For Pick up. At A Prearranged Time And Date. Not To Happy With That.
Great staff and collection of furniture.nWe picked our bed + mattress + bedside table + sofa + coffee table + work table, from their store. They offer huge discounts too.
First time I bought a bed by myself. I had no idea where to start. Brenda made it so easy and took time to ask what I really needed and didn't push me into anything I didn't want. The process was super easy and delivery of my new mattress and frame was super smooth. Big shout out to Brenda, she's a machine and was super lovely, couldn't recommend her enough. Thanks Brenda
The staff were helpful and I was able to shop with ease.
