This store is amazing. They show excellent customer service. You can choose from the wide range of furniture and they can help you with the delivery and assembly. I forgot to get the receipt but they gave it to me the next day. I trust this store for my furniture.
Recently Brought My New Lounge Suite At Amart Furniture Logan. It Looks And Feels Great. Extremely Comfortable. Customer Service Was Excellent. Only Problem I Found WRONG, Was That You Can't Buy An Item Straight Of The Floor. Apparently You Have To Go To There Warehouse For Pick up. At A Prearranged Time And Date. Not To Happy With That.
It's a pity the sales staff at Amart do not let any prospective buyers know about ANY weight limits on their lounge chairs... hubby's 135kg and gentle on furniture...had the chairs 4-5months and mechanicals underneath slowly buckled..nothing printed on any labels anywhere...ripped off...if that's the way Amart sell their products , we won't be buying there again...

A purchase a furniture from Logan central Amart, they said come for pick up tomorrow morning, The next day I borrowed a track went to Logan central Amart but they said to pick it up from spring wood, we went to Springwood Amart wait there for 45 minutes and said to pick up from Rochdale Amart
Bought a mattress with 180 days sleep guarantee and was not really happy about it and wanted to exchange/swap it with a softer one. The softer one was $300 more expensive plus $88 delivery charges. As per the initial salesgirl named Asha, If I am not happy with the mattress I can exchange it with another one paying the difference and she didn’t mention that it has to be the same brand. So, in a way I was misguided. Went back to the store today as per the conversation with Ryan, who said he will find a way out. It was even horrible. He offered me $200 discount on a more expensive mattress in the same brand, but still I would end up paying $ 388 or something extra including delivery. He also offered the payment plan by which I could pay in 4 moths time and I get the mattress exchanged when I pay the difference in full. ****Guys, this is a warning**** Please make sure you ask them each and everything in detail before you pay for the item. They can easily trick you.
Absolutely awesome customer service from Brenda this afternoon. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store. Great range of products and prices to suit most budgets from what saw. I have a retail store of my own, so I'm a harsh critic, but couldn't fault this experience today.
Friendly staff assisted me in finding what I was after. Always good value for money.
No customer service at all, was looking around for nearly 25 minutes not one staff member even said hello to me or to see if I needed any help. Head office need to really crack down on the people that work there on a Thursday night. I've been there a few times on a Thursday and never get any service.
