thusnIKEA is typically very busy on weekends, but if you can visit on a weekday with your kids, you'll have a perfect day trip. Start your day with breakfast there, then enjoy some shopping. Follow it up with a hot dog brunch. There’s plenty to keep the kids entertained as you walk around. You'll find a variety of small items and home decor ideas. It's a great place to gather inspiration for staging your home. Highly recommend for a fun and productive outing!
Our go-to shop when we needed to fill up our empty new house. Weekends can really be busy and crowded especially their restaurant although foods were good and affordable, if you go for a budget meal. Carpark can be a bit challenging sometimes but depends on the day. Ample spaces are available across for the next door shopping centre. We had a few trips in the past until we’ve got all what we needed and probably come back when another need arises.
The maze of home related everything, I find completely overwhelming. If you have a large home, there’s plenty for you. If you live in a studio or small apartment, go elsewhere for furnishings. There are so many people. Lots of noise. The exit seems like an eternity away. I sincerely hated this experience.
I have never heard so many people say they will never come back here in a single lap in my life.nnIt's so hot in this place. A homeware store that can't operate air con right. In this maze on top of things, it's so hot that it's already uncomfortable before you enter. Just skip coming here once it cracks 30 degreesnnWe walked around, listed the furniture we wanted and went to pick it up downstairs. Half of it was out of stock. I asked a staff member about it, he said it was our responsibility to talk to the staff about if it's in stock or not. There's no staff anywhere upstairsnThis guy was the first staff member I saw other than at the cafe. We visited on a Weekday as well.nnI wasn't too unhappy about the missing items as it saved me around $3000 in the end. I wasn't going to waste time in this hole looking for alternatives.nnA lot of the display items are broken as well, I had a lamp for example and when I saw it on display it was completely broken. So of course I put it back. This stuff just looks cheap these days, and it obviously breaks easily as well, especially it's it's on display for customers to see...nSince there are no staff here, I presume these things just don't get checked anymore.nnThe food is just incredibly bad. What the hell happened here? Years ago I remember coming for meatballs and other things.nThe meatballs now are so dry and tasteless. It put us off buying them at the end as well.nThe garlic bread was so solid I could literally put it through a wallnnHow have the standards dropped so much? Add why would anyone pay for a membership to eat this trash cheaper?nnIt's a shadow of it's former self, it's not busy either which is a telling sign. I think IKEA has just dropped the ball here and won't be returning to the quality shop it once was.
Exceptional shopping experience lots of products in easily accessible locations around the store. The staff were very helpful in find products and for assistance with the flat pack boxes. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is very nice and well priced
