Been here multiple times over the years and never reviewed, but free breakfast when dressed in your pyjamas over the weekend brought my family in for another visit + did some shopping afterwards.nnThe food here is not fancy but it is a reasonably good value feed, especially when there are promotions such as this one. Queues are long when it's busy but it moves at a good pace, and there's plenty of seating around to enjoy your feed.
Who doesn't love Ikea!nAlways fun to visit, the showrooms are so well put together, plenty to see/buy/be inspired by.nJoin the Ikea family for discounts in the restaurant can't go wrong with a $2 breakfast.
Such an adventure to shop here. Takes about 40 mins from Gold Coast, then you can eat when you arrive or after shopping. Plenty of parking, trolleys, bags and staff to help. Easy to overspend with items so reasonable, so much choice and ideas for renovating and decorating. Take your measurements with you and have a clear plan in mind, but I guarantee you'll come out with a shelf, bedroom or kitchen you didn't think you needed...wheelchair accessible, large lifts, food court, wrapping service, good returns area. Best place to shop.
thusnIKEA is typically very busy on weekends, but if you can visit on a weekday with your kids, you'll have a perfect day trip. Start your day with breakfast there, then enjoy some shopping. Follow it up with a hot dog brunch. There’s plenty to keep the kids entertained as you walk around. You'll find a variety of small items and home decor ideas. It's a great place to gather inspiration for staging your home. Highly recommend for a fun and productive outing!
Our go-to shop when we needed to fill up our empty new house. Weekends can really be busy and crowded especially their restaurant although foods were good and affordable, if you go for a budget meal. Carpark can be a bit challenging sometimes but depends on the day. Ample spaces are available across for the next door shopping centre. We had a few trips in the past until we’ve got all what we needed and probably come back when another need arises.
