We saw a bed at the Logan Store, went in and bought and then came home and decided to read the customer reviews. Overall, they were shockingly bad reviews! I freaked out and thought, "What the Hell have we done buying from these people !!" I rang the store and spoke to the manager to voice my very real concerns and she informed me that the store had recently sold and the new owner was very switched on. I was doubtful but said I would 'give them a go'. We couldn't be more happy with the end result. The product was well priced and stylish. Ina, the store manager, rang us twice to keep us in the loop regarding the delivery date. The warehouse manager rang us to tell us the delivery day and time. The suite was delivered on time, in perfect order and the delivery men were well mannered, carried it all upstairs, assembled everything that needed assembling and cleaned up after themselves. Nothing was the slightest bit of drama and all was done efficiently and with courtesy. We could not give 'Beds n Dreams' at Logan a better recommendation. Ten out of Ten!

NO BEDS - ONLY NIGHTMARES This is without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Once they have your money, they don’t care what you get or when you get it. We ordered a king size bed in January and told it would take 8-10 weeks before it was delivered. 11 weeks later we had to chase them up. However, our real trouble started once we got our bed delivered. We received two boxes of king size bed parts and one box of queen size parts. Needless to say, we couldn’t assemble our bed and slept on a mattress on the floor for five weeks while we tried to get it sorted. I called about three or four times and emailed about five times and didn’t get any satisfactory responses. It was only when I took a day off work and then went into their warehouse in person that they committed to resolving the problem. Avoid this company like the plaque. If you don’t believe me, read the other reviews. This company has a consistent pattern of screwing over customers. If I could give zero or even negative stars, I would.

Terrible Company to deal with. Take people's money and don't deliver goods. Avoid like the plague like the other reviewers have said. Not worth the heartache.

Couldn't agree more with Chris Stark. This company has a reputation of screwing over customers in a BIG way. Avoid like the plague.

Dealt with In at Springwood store and have to say we are very happy. We started at beds n dreams and then went round to 4 other bed suppliers and we both agreed to come back to bed n dreams. Ina was great, not pushy, asked the right questions and we have got a product we are happy with (now been a week). Vey happy and would recommend speaking with Ina or the team at Bed n dreams.
