I bought a dining suite from Fantastic Furniture at Logan. The experience from start to finish was excellent. The staff knowledgable, friendly and helpful. There was a minor problem when I came to assemble the chairs, but it was quickly resolved with one phone call. I would certainly shop there again.

First time shopping in fantastic furniture as we were after a few items needing delivery in a very short timeframe. The lovely Kathleen came to our rescue as we darted around the shop between the same spaces. She was super knowledgeable of all the products, got on board with the vision and made sure to find us the quickest way possible to get what we wanted. Great customer service and would definitely shop here again! Thank you

Customer service at this branch is phenomenal. I bought a Como 3 draw dresser from Helensvale and it was missing a part. When I called them to try and get the missing part they said it was a 5 week wait. I called around some other stores to see if they had the missing part and the logan branch happen to have one out the back and the man there was so helpful in assisting me correct this mistake.

I called up asking about a discontinued exfloor product. They had the item in stock and I asked how much they were willing to sell it for. He asked me to come in store to negotiate. I ended up wasting one hour of my time to just get the answer, no it's non negotiable... Seriously, why ask me to come in store then?? I'd give zero stars if I couldnnPoor customer service. Lots of staff on the weekend but they won't proactively ask if you require assistance.

Second time they have stuffed up a delivery. They cancelled it without even letting us know. Sent us a msg saying it will be delivered in 30mins. What an absolute joke. Last time they delivered a bed without a mattress no one knows what they're doing in the store. One lady is so rude. Others are helpful but no idea what they are doing.
