I called up asking about a discontinued exfloor product. They had the item in stock and I asked how much they were willing to sell it for. He asked me to come in store to negotiate. I ended up wasting one hour of my time to just get the answer, no it's non negotiable... Seriously, why ask me to come in store then?? I'd give zero stars if I couldnnPoor customer service. Lots of staff on the weekend but they won't proactively ask if you require assistance.
Many thanks to the staff in this Fantastic Furniture store for helping us replace a broken cable in our recliner lounge. We were given the replacement cable along with instruction and a demonstration on a display model, which meant I was able to complete the repair at home with no fuss or problem. Many thanks for the great service, which of course is the very reason we shop here regularly anyway.
we were served by Christoper and he was great, super helpful and jokingly made fun of how bad my friends student ID photo is so we love him, 5 stars just for him… oh also prices aren’t bad blah blah blah
Really helpful gentleman who helped over the phone with an interstate purchase. Made for an easy transaction. Delivery was organised swiftly. Product is great and exactly as described.
Just delighted with my new 149cm 3 door, double shelving sideboard, came flatpack with good instructions went together over 2 hrs, 2 people need at times. Best buy my 140cm $199 solid glass, unbelievably sturdy dining table. Then I added my nicely padded retro black faux leather dining chairs $109 ea.nI find all fits beautifully into my townhouse. Compliments to all most helpful staff on a really busy Slacks Ck store this Saturday, again assisted by a gentlemanly helpful guy at Pickup to load all into our car.nCongrats on service all round Fantastic Furniture.
