Love fantastic furniture! Went there the first time to get pillows and doonas and check out siingle beds so I could upgrade my 7 year olds bed. Went back a week later and brought the bed, a cube shelf a Barbie doona cover.  They have an awesome range for all budgets. Car parking is easy to find and there was heaps of car spaces when we went. Had a gentleman walk us through and show us a variety of items within our price range. Was a really good experience. Will definitely be going back for more products as needed.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in which was great, we were looking around and were constantly checked to see if we were okay, also great. What I did find though was the sales staff seemed very rushed, and I felt like we were a burden to their afternoon because we were looking around a little undecided. 

Once we settled on what we wanted, I mentioned we were going to use Afterpay (as on the afterpay website is says I can use it instore), I was told I couldn't and would have to order online and do a click and collect. The website either yours or afterpay was having an issue and it kept saying unable to process order. **EDIT - I will also mention, that I have just purchased something else using Afterpay with no issue at all** I went back in to the shop to get some help / another option and the sales man was very quick to say sorry can't help you (implied it must be an afterpay issue) and basically too bad so sad, not in those exact words. 

Needless to say, we left very disheartened because we were looking forward to taking our item that afternoon. We then went onto Gumtree and collected a near-same item for less and I am very happy now. Unfortunately I won't be going back to that store, I just felt if they couldn't get a sale of out me, they weren't interested in my presence.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star if that was an option. 4 months since order and still dealing with this store, their cheaply made furniture and their terrible service to try to finalize the sale.

Bought a couch. Couch delivered later than originally told and then was faulty and two modular sections didn’t align and had multiple pulls in fabric. 

Was a nightmare to get a solution and 3 weeks later they finally told me they would have to reorder and replace the couch (another 6 week wait to have a couch) or I could have $300 to keep a damaged couch. 

Because I didn’t have the time to wait, I asked if they would instead do a matching ottoman which they agreed to. 

6 weeks later, and a purple cheaply made ottoman was delivered to go with my light grey couch. 

Another 3 weeks later, their solution is to replace my grey couch with a purple one because “they no longer make that fabric” and Alicia, their store manager was ignoring my requests for the head office number to make a complaint so I had to call Capalaba store to get the head office number - and then 4 days later she finally sent it through once she realized I wasn’t just going to give up on it.

They now want me to send back to ottoman so they can “assess” if they will be able to refund me for it so they are going to no doubt take it back and keep the money because they’re proving to be very dodgy so far!! 

Would not recommend. Their poor quality furniture, terrible customer service and scamming return policy’s are not worth the risk.

Great quality. Great prices. Great staff.
I purchased in store after looking online. The bed I originally wanted wasn't what I expected when I saw it up close, to low to the ground. However, with the help of staff my partner and I found a bed that suited us and our budget. The bed was ready waiting at the loading dock. 
Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Definitely cannot stress that enough.
