Terrible service. We purchased a brand new sofa. We were advised 12-16 week wait however waited 6 months. Upon received the lounge, the lounge was already damaged. Legs chipped, and scratched. The lounge did not sit flush in the ground. We did not receive what we ordered. We want a new lounge, and to keep this until the new one arrives as we have had nothing but issues with plush. We were only offered $200 compensation and for them to replace the legs. They have not attended to the rest of our problems. Waiting to hear back from the Manager of Customer Care, otherwise going to the ACCC. Management have continued to show how unfair they are. They are misleading.
Extremely disappointed. Feels like a scam. We ordered a sofa back in June and was promised to receive the delivery around September. We then received a phone call from Plush around end of September, asked us to pay the reminder of the fees immediately to schedule delivery as the sofa had arrived. However, it was only after the payment, we were advised the sofa has NOT yet arrived. They basically lied to us and there was no explanation, no apologies nor any refund. We then been advised that the sofa will be delivered on the 18th Nov, during which we stayed at home for the entire day. However, the delivery never happened and there were no notices about delays throughout the entire day. Unacceptable customer services. Would not recommend to anyone.
Sales were great, all else is miserable. I requested for delivery to be delayed by 1 week to be told only if I pay extra. Design fault in feet apparently there are many like this. Cushion covers seem to be stitched incorrectly causing baggy fabric in the seat backrest and arm. This isn’t just a filler issue. Have waited over a month for a technician to come and fix the foot and put report in for the fabric issue. Extended warranty is a sham. They offered me the old one which was good only to say that it has been cut to the bone when I went to pay and wouldn’t honour the original offer. What a ruined experience all downhill after the 4k got locked in.
We purchased from Plush recently. It was absolutely easy to work with Florent. We were able to decide the colours we wanted and design our furniture as per requirement. The delivery was prompt and on time. Love the couch!!
After Shopping around all week for a new lounge suite and dealing with rude staff elsewhere, Dave from plush Logan was a breath of fresh air and helped us find the perfect solution to our quirky media room. Excellent service! Can’t Recommend enough!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Florent at your Loganholme store today. Florent was kind, courteous, professional & extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to look at the floor plan of our home & was able to map out measurements to help us visualise our seating arrangements, for 2 seperate rooms. It was this service that sealed the deal for us to purchase our 2 sofas, as we were primarily looking for a quote so we can organise our own measurements & seating arrangements at home before we committed to buying. Florent is an absolute credit to your store & in my humble opinion should be in a position to pass on his expertise to all your sales staff. I'm very grateful for all Florent's help today, I've wanted to purchase a plush lounge for the last 14 years & haven't been in a position to do so. Florent turned my dreams into a reality, faster than I could've hoped. Thank you, Florent.
My apologies to Florent for the delay in answering his request for an appraisal. A sales appraisal is not something that I would normally do. The reason being is that most times I would have bought a product that I have wanted regardless of the salesmanship or lack of it. But Florent was a totally new and exciting experience for me. First, I have never had a customer who was a total stranger in a store; recommend that l talk to a sales representative about a purchase. The customer's enthusiasm to talk to Florent was "unreal". So after being introduced to Florent, by the customer, I was then treated to a professional, comprehensive, and most enjoyable sales experience. Nothing was too hard, everything was explained, comparisons made, colour, style, quality etc. He seemed to have the answers at his fingertips before I had asked to questions. He then presented a folder with all the information that we had discussed. His back-up email to confirm the sale was prompt and detailed. Florent has my 10/10 and 5 stars. I certainly would recommend anyone who is in need of furniture to enjoy the experience as I have, and talk to Florent. Trevor Cameron.
If you are looking for a great range of sofas and an exceptionally friendly team, Plush Sofas Logan is the place! Florent was a stand out, explaining things in a friendly and professional manner and was highly knowledgeable across the extensive range Plush offers. Once we’ve decided which sofa to go for, we‘ll be back to see Florent!
Plush is just perfect perfect perfect and as for the sales assistant Chrystal she made the whole process seamless as she listened to what we said and made no attempt to rush us in our decision this was evidenced by letting us leave the store after she had emailed our quotes straight away and then politely followed up a few days later. It’s always a pleasure to have a sales assistant who cares about the customer’s needs by listening and not putting pressure and unnecessary sales gimmicks, Chrystal without a doubt shows a level of knowledge and understands what is great customer service. Now we just need to be patient and wait for our new sofa.
Upon entering the store at Logan, we were greeted by Florent with a great big smile and a friendly "Hello". We are building and require 3 lounges, we had our floor plans on hand. Florent asked the right questions and genuinely came across interested in our search for what we were after. He really knew how to find out what we wanted...when we were really not quite sure at the time. He provided really good advise, from sizing that was going to fit well from looking at our plans, colour and went over and beyond to point out his ideas....but still listening to what we wanted. We are very visual people, so we returned the next day with samples of our tile for main area, carpet sample for media room and timber sample for our upstairs. It made all the difference in being able to do this and we only changed one sample colour. Florent was very thorough and really made a point that we understood and were happy with our choices. We would definitely recommend Florent for his service and knowledge, he is just a really nice man and has a good sense of humor too! My husband does not like shopping at all and even said upon us leaving that this was his best experience he had ever dealing with sale staff. So it's a 10/10 for our experience with Florent and we will be back for rugs at a later date. Thanks Florent.
