Shocking service! I wanted to purchase the latest apply watch. Want's allowed to try it on because it’s a $1300 watch It’s a rather large watch. I didn’t have this problem at Optus next door. Once again, Telstra, you are a joke. Thanks for your reply. I’ve emailed the head office, thanks. Also you’ve lost another sale, I’ve purchased the watch elsewhere.
I honestly believe I was a victim of fraud. Went in to get bills waived because I was literally homeless and the women sold me a second internet service and didn't even fix the problem I went in for. Only care about making a commission even if it's scamming someone in a vulnerable position.
Wanted to buy a new iPhone so tried o make an appointment. The phone rang as if answered but nobody there. Tried twice. I have been a Telstra customer for over 50 years. Do yourselves a favour and buy an answering machine at least. I am going next door to JB Hifi who sell the phone I want at the same price.
If you have a Disability don't bother ringing for an appointment. I rang twice left Messages as required from stores failure to answer. Message states. They Will ring back the same day. Waited 24 hours. They won't ring you back. Straight from the Manager today. We Cannot call back everyone. Pathetic service that the customer is paying for. It is not good enough. Had to go in to make an appointment and wait 2 hours.
I tried to get help because I can't read that will it went to go to somebody but I got the message bank and this was at 11:40am I didn't think people could be that lazy.
My 81 year old sister asked for help with her email and the assistant brushed her off like she was stupid. She was abrupt and rude and didn't help us. Never going back there.
Waited 1 hour 42 mins I had an appointment finally get serviced I am told unable to receive internet service at my new address have it disconnected only to find when’s I go online I am able to have internet . Whet a joke should have changed everything over to competitor
I would like to say a big thank you to Ben who works at Telstra Townsville Willows. I have been trying to get my nbn change address and or I got from other Telstra shop is the run around.
Absolutely Disgusting Service, after changing to a competitor 22 years ago due to continual poor customer service, I decided to give Telstra another go and come back. Today it was confirmed to be the wrong decision. I got a notification that my new $2k phone had arrived at 13:50, and would be available to pick up by close of Business. I went into the store to ask if I could get my phone. I was given attitude by the sales rep and was told that the phone had arrived but they were not going to go out the back to get it for me. After walking past the store before they were closed, all 3 sales reps were standing there chatting amongst themselves with not a single customer in their store. Looks like the customer service training and culture has not changed over the past 22 years!
