This store is THE BEST place to get all your electronics, gaming, entertainment, gadgets, phones, laptops, tv's, robot vacuum's...nnOkay i'm just naming everything in the store now.nnCarter in the laptops/monitors section, is one of the biggest assets to this store, he goes above and beyond always, is knowledgeable about everything out, and delivers it all with a smile and a relaxed but informative attitude. What more could a customer need?nnAll staff are always super friendly, knowledgeable and I've forgotten so many people's names to thank them personally, whoever is in-store, I think you'll find outstanding service delivered with a smile.nnAnd yes I was greeted at the door by an employee - it's nice. I didn't mind it being security either, they always greeted you as well.

Who doesn't love JB hifi big plus for me is my warranty protection. I was having a few issues with finding the correct robo vac for me and they where totally willing to help me with the issues I had with first and upgraded and a few months later a refund. Whilst ultimately I didn't get my robo vac from this location due to personal preference I got a roborock S7 max they still where amazing during the process but most of my items from here but I felt this items deserve special mention as they still treated me well even when I was being difficult.

I had Amber this afternoon and she was outstanding and went out of her way to assist me fully and setting up my newly purchased mobile phone. She excelled in customer service, was polite and had an amazing smile and made me feel comfortable in not knowing the latest in mobile phones. Keep it up Amber - we need more individuals like yourself thankyou

I wheeled into the JBHIFI Domain store and was greeted by a young handsome intelligent man called Jason, he promptly assisted me in finding what I was seeking. I was stunned at his resourcefulness and overall charisma he handled the sale with utmost care and precision.

Be careful about trusting them to deliver on promises. Bought a new phone several months ago and I'm still waiting for the promised and advertised gift card that was supposed to come with it. Despite contacting them and being told it was being dealt with, still no gift card.
