Excellent service by some great enthusiastic staff. Once I told the sales person exactly what I wanted they didn’t pressure me to go the next model up rather encouraged my selection and had me sorted out with goods in hand in under 15 mins. I will shop here again because of this. The shop was clean, fresh and bright with heaps of stock which is surprising given we are only days from xmas. 10/10.
got served right away, after going to multiple stores and being ignored. was only after one thing and was able to walk out with it feeling valued and happy. the guy who serve me was super happy and had great customer service skills. he explained everything thoroughly and took the time to help us. not sure of his name, however, he said he was fairly new started around september. although he was new, he still acted professionally and was confident in asking others for help!! andy i think the other guys name was. i will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic service. Hubby's watch wasn't keeping charge. Replaced without any hassle even did the running around for us to get the one we wanted.
The problem is not the store but the staff. Most of the time when i have visted the store, they seem uninterested in providing any customer service. It's like they would rather just chat among each other than do their job. Having said that, there were times when my experience was very postive.

The fella there that served me realy helped with advise and a bit of technical support of my hacked and phised google accounts. And telstra accounts and phone number put me through to fraud department and got it sorted great service and advice

This particular JB Hi-Fi store is by far my favourite in Townsville! As you walk in through the door you are immediately greeted by friendly staff and nice, cool, air conditioning which is refreshing for a place like Townsville. Compared to a few other JB locations, this store has just about everything stocked plus more! Would definitely recommend visiting Domain Central to check it out.
Always have good quality items and helpful staff. I do find sometimes it's quite busy at peak times and hard to speak to staff, if you are wanting any assistance or service can take some time so would recommend coming at unpopular times.
