Dropped my expensive Canon Lens 5 days before leaving for overseas and they saved my 'photographic bacon'. NOBODY else (including Canon) had any of this particular lens in stock. I was very happy with the service I received. Have been back since. Thanks also for the very accommodating owner that was on holidays at the time (honeymoon I think?) and came to the party to help me get this replaced at a fair price. Very happy.

I droped in a roll of 35mm film for processing. It took them 2 weeks just to develop and scan!

They have almost everything but make shure that if you buy a camera or lens they write the serial number on your invoice and your name.... Even if you pay cash...PS I just discovered that the lens I bought reduced from a kit left over without box was sold to me for the same price that a new boxed one and not at a discounted price. I trusted the young salesman and that was a mistake.

Always wonderful service from the staff here, and their photo prints are clearly the best available in Townsville. Totally worth the slightly higher print price for the accurate colour and detail replication.
