I went into auto barn with intent to upgrade my car stereo system but upon arrival I hear a customer saying they had only done half a job and hadn't fully completed her stereo upgrade which was an instant worry. I continue onto the store and tried to look around still considering doing the upgrade but I was met at the door by the absurdly loud sound of the staff member standing at the speaking blasting music talking not even interested in helping me.and when I tried to get their attention they where rude and basically just spoke louder to each other over me. As a result I ended up deciding to can the whole idea and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone visit this store
Went in to buy a test light and was having a bit of trouble finding them, so I asked a young team member where they are. His response was "they are somewhere around here just look" I asked to speak to someone else that might know where they are again I got the response "no we are too busy". I always came to this shop because of the customer service but after today they have lost a customer for good
Felt like I was one of the family. The blokes there knew there stuff and helped me select the right products for my car. They even fitted my new wiper blades for me and then carried all my purchases out to my car as well. Thanks guys @ the new Domain Store
Got dash cam from here and I got great customer service and got the dash cam installed pretty quick. Couple weeks later I had go back to autobarn as the gator dashcam wasnt working properly. Should of read reviews before going in. :

I have been learning about my Jeep and getting it trip ready - The staff at Autobarn have made this a dream and helped with roof racks, airbags, second battery, lights. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They put me totally at ease and always have a solution.
Thanks for the massive stuff around Autobarn I will never step foot in another one of your story again. Spent $2000 on car Auto and it has never been correct even after going back and for to the story on more then 3 separate occasions. Fitter does not seem to know what he is doing and the manager had an attitude towards me. If you are wanting to buy car audio and get it fitted this is DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE TO DO SO.
Needed a new battery for my car and there was none on the shelf, Rochel organised one to be delivered the next day for me, and Joe did a great job installing it for me in the heat. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Big shop with a huge range. Then i needed an oxygen sensor, nothing was to much trouble. These guys are great.
Thankyou for a memorable experience, I just wish someone would have served me. Upon entry I looked towards the register counter with 3 staff members, I said hello & all I got the dumb look from 2 as if I was intruding on their conversation. I headed over to the stereo area, looking at different units, reading boxes. This went on for 10 minutes, I looked around to get someone's attention & nobody in site. There was only 2 other shoppers in the store, I went looking for a staff member starting at the rear of the store. Finally I found one near the register area, before I could say anything, I got, thanks for coming & have a nice day. I was Not Happy, the lady at the register said the same. I then mentioned i was looking for some assistance, but seeing as no one was interested I was leaving. The lady said she could get someone to help, I declined her offer as the nearest staff had already had me leaving without asking if I required anything or assistance. Thanks for your non assistance The 1 star is because the store was clean
Good selection, staff could be a tad more attentive to customers. Been in a few times wanting to ask about suspension upgrades but staff don't seem too interested. Otherwise good selection and prices are competitive
