Thank you, Colleen, for your wonderful service on Friday in the beauty section... helping me to find cheap makeup products for my 90s Morticia Addams costume for Popfest Townsville. You were so so busy but took the time to be kind and help me. 10/10 service.
The store is very untidy with stock all over the floor. Staff did not greet or acknowledge on multiple visits. It used to be a clean and friendly store. It is now an inconvenience to be served or ask for assistance at the self serve check-outs.
Go bag checked on my way out and the attendant made me empty my backpack and my shopping bags on the floor of the shopping centre so she could make sure it was paid for and checked my receipts with my items. 0/10. Just because I'm not an adult doesn't mean I'm stealing.
