Visited Big W Willows today. Very poor cleanliness of stores. Woman's cloths are had cloths, boxes and hangers spread across the floor. Unable to determine what sizes of stock was due to cloths being shoved in balls on shelf. Obvious staff have no pride in work or the store. Will only shop there as last resort from now on
Same as any Big W in any shopping centre. Was after a particular electronic item and staff happily assisted me locate and pay for the item.
I've never been to big W as organized as this one. This is the best Big W I ever been, spacious clean and staff are friendly.
Retail industry struggling with online shopping. Surly check-out staff doesn't help.
Stock of most items were low but service of staff were excellent, whether asking information about the TVs or at the checkout counter.
