Every staff member I have encountered over the past 2 years have been amazing! Helpful, friendly, fast and get the job done well. I have never had an issue with any of my numerous screen replacements but I know that if I did, they would be happy to help. I have also found their prices to be very reasonable in relation to other companies I have approached or used. Thankyou!

Casphone Stockland shop is like no other. The service the staff here deliver is hard to come by these days. Always so friendly and without a doubt know their phones! Inside and out!

I needed a screen repair on my iPhone so I went to the CASPHONE kiosk at Stockland Townsville, as I had heard great things about their service and was served by a very helpful young lady by the name of Kristy. She reassured me that she could fix my phone and informed me of all the details on their warranty policy, which I was very happy with. Plus she had it repaired within the hour! So if you need help with you broken phone, I recommend you go see Kristy, I felt she was genuinely happy to help and had a friendly manner. Great customer service 👍🏼
