The Optical Superstore

I wrote a review earlier today and I want to add The manager stated that it was the same color tint to my original lens They are NOT they are lighter which I didn't want. I have also noticed that the new lens are not fitting properly in the frame now I don't know if that was when the manager tried to force them out of the frame to put my old ones back in which I asked him stop because of the force he was using. I am now even more disgusted with this service and also wasting my use of my Health card money. NO RATING -

I'm really happy with Optical Superstore and have been a customer for a long time. I'm a bit disappointed as the Castletown store took over a week to let me know the frames I was after weren't available. I found a replacement at Aitkenvale but was unable to have my glasses back before I went on holidays. The will arrive instore a day or two after I leave. There wasn't any offer of priority mail so I'll be off overseas without my new glasses. Otherwise, the service was brilliant, I arrived late for my appointment due to a traffic accident and Castletown squeezed me in between existing appointments. Very happy apart from not having my glasses ready in time to go away.

Staff were very good. Very thorough & caring.

Well after leaving my optometrist to superstore,this morning I felt deflated and called.Have had those glass frames replaced x3 and now to be the 3rd. Just been in there and Manager Matthew looked after me,and nothing was a problem,and fixed. So after all I shall be back because of the customer service from the manager. Well done Matthew.

Great service, the range is smaller than some shops but it is really high quality. Bronwyn was absolutely lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. My daughter saw an Optometrist there as well and I can not remember her name but she was fantastic.

Not as good as they used to be, what a shame have been a customer for 20 years

Awesome staff especially Martin Hodgson the optometrist. Highly recommend for all eye health needs.

Yet again I walk out after an exam with a smile from ear to ear. All that work there are amazing! My doctor was thourough, kind, and informative... Would never consider going any where else. THANKYOU as always!
