On my path to pick a couple of suitable sunglasses I went to two sunglass stores in Westfield Miranda Sydney and the one in Townsville Stockland. These guys in Townsville Stockland literally went out of their way to help us calling and running to another store to get a pair of sunglasses we didn't even end up buying. They were very professional in customising a pair of sunglasses when the other stores didn't even offer it. Thanks guys!! Can't wait for my sunnies to arrive
Rhys was exceptionally patient and helpful whilst I browsed in store. He was extremely friendly and warm. I really love when I experience great customer service like this. The newly refurbished store looks wonderful and the whole team seemed super delighted to be at work in such a crisp and fresh environment.
Was brought a new pair of Ray Bands ad a gift. Opened them put them on and went for a walk they kept slipping off. Took then in and asked for them to be tightened. The last says these are so bent out of shape. Said I just opened them today and wore them for like ten minutes. She then bend the arms so they didn't fold down properly as a means of fixing them. Never going back.
The service at this location was beyond my expectations. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. There was a great selection of sunglasses.
The Staff member who served me was really nice and helpful, was very pleasant to deal with. Their range of glasses were great, plus pricing and sales are really good to!
