The Good Guys Townsville have exceeded my expectations. After browsing a number of competitors, I have found The Good Guys staff to have the best product knowledge and the most honest service. Robert (Sales Person) was originally helping us with a Kitchen Stove, to which he was then able to sell us a TV with just as clear communication about the products across all the brands. Would recommend and we will return!

I am waiting for a repair of air con which is still under warranty which was bought from Good Guys. It has been 2 months since I have lodged a request. The summer is almost over. Very pathetic after sales service for warranty and repair.

We are a long term good customer but really sick of having the same experience as yesterday. Went into the shop at around 4.30 (Friday ) looked at ovens then dishwashers for 1/2 hour, not a salesperson around & no interest shown even though I was opening oven doors & then dishwashers looking around to catch someones eye, the store wasn't busy the staff for this area & seemingly adjoining areas were all hiding. Good Guys normally win on price to the point where we hardly bother to shop around, this time I'll be searching for someone with better service even if it costs a bit more. Over $1000 you can give to the competition Good? Guys. This isn't the 1st time this has happened, there's just no excuse (I wasn't poorly dressed or scary or have weeping sores or anything either. There's just no excuse for poor & non-existent service)

We were very well looked after by David in the Tech Department. He gave honest advise, professional service and prices were all competitive. Will definitely return.

Very friendly staff who will go out of their way to get the buyer the best deal possible. A great selection of household goods that will cover every buyers needs, no matter your financial position in life. Open seven days a week. Always worth taking the time to check out first, before trying elsewhere. Worth recommending to anyone interested.
