A huge * Thank You * to both Bec n Ben at this store!!!nWe were travelling and saw they had available something we needed n our home store didn't have att . . As we were a week away from Tsvn Bec very kindly put it aside ...n Ben was just so patient ', knowledgeable and tolerant in his explanation to us on a few things we needed better understanding of! Time was of no essence to him n in that he didn't try n rush through the workings n made sure we had a good understanding of things before we left!!nEven when we had a little problem the next day n rung him he brainstormed with us n took our thoughts on board . So far alls been great !nSo a massive Thank You to them both especially but even the cashier was so lovely and friendly. Purchased a bike with assembly. It was originally communicated to us that the assembly would be completed on Tuesday or Thursday and we would be contacted once it was ready to be collected. Thursday afternoon we contacted the store and were told that the bikes were assembled on weekends. We contacted the store again on Saturday and were told that the assemble for bikes usually happened on a Sunday. We waited until Monday, contacted the store again and were told that the bike was ready to collect and had been ready for collection for a number of days now and the people we had spoken to on the phone didn't check the warehouse to confirm our bike was ready for collection but had simply told us wrong information. Not impressed with the service.
Had 2 young guys helping me with a purchase of a tent and a few other items yesterday. I had a lot of questions, and yet they never at any time made me feel like I was putting them out. They were very helpful and kind. Also carried all my items to the car as they were very heavy even though they were just about to close. Thanks again. Much appreciated.
I had ordered a radio online and on the anaconda website it states that orders are ready within 2 hours. I was in the area when over 2hours since i had placed my order had passed so i popped into the store to see if they had my order ready. I was informed the it wasn’t ready and probably wouldn’t be ready for a while. I informed the lovely ladies at the counter that i needed the order as soon as possible due to leaving townsville by end of the week. I didn’t catch the names of the lady that filled my order but she filled my order straight away and was absolutely lovely in helping me out. Thank you to both those ladies.
Am a club member and done some xmas shopping. Were unable to return some footwear as they were the wrong size and outside of their return date policy 28days. Would strongly encourage not shopping at this store when you don't live close and visit only every 2 to 3 months.
