Am a club member and done some xmas shopping. Were unable to return some footwear as they were the wrong size and outside of their return date policy 28days. Would strongly encourage not shopping at this store when you don't live close and visit only every 2 to 3 months.
Worst experience ever. Purchased a $1500 bike online. I have waited over a week for confirmation of paymentwhich we have from anacondas end which apparently only takes 2 business days, we were told the bike was being built over the weekend and then now manager Hope is delaying pick up for whatever reason she seems fit. No support from customer service as managers have all control and even went to the extent of blaming inexp
Sam and Nina did a fantastic job helping my father find a pair of shoes. Really professional even after a big day and Christmas rush.
My partner had the worst experience with the managers they were abrupt rude they lied to him and belittled him at no fault of his own we won't go back there again I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
