Anaconda Townsville

Very disappointed with the service in this store today. Wanted to buy 2 adult bike's waited at the bike sale's area for 20/30 minutes with no one coming to help us. So went to the front counter to ask for someone to help us with our purchase , went back to the bike sale's area to wait. After 20 minutes went back to the front counter and said you obviously don't want our money today and left .

Good outdoors store with plenty of variety. Perfect for camping, hiking or military types. Prices can be up there but the quality matches this. You get what pay for!

Definitely 100% best service i have ever recieved! There was a tall male manager who had handled me with the most finest precision. Another more mature aged front service lady who was very kind and payed me lots of attention, even the ground staff the was a guy with a beard who done nothing but act verry profesional. I will definitly be shopping from an Anaconda no matter where I am.

Ordered a bike, was informed 1 to 2 weeks max. 6 weeks later no calls no nothing. They stated orders are no important to their staff
