I think I searched almost every furnature retailer with a website in the country for someone to supply the range of chairs we wanted for our restaurant , every supplier I looked at fell short on delivery cost, range, & availability! I don’t know why I missed Eureka Street Furniture but when I eventually looked on their site I found that they had all the options in the range of furniture we were looking for, the prices were very fair, delivery cost were extremely lower than others, delivery was prompt but best of all was the over the phone service we received from the staff! Dawn was super helpful and rang other stores for measurements to make sure our furniture combo would all fit together. After we left the store she kept searching to make sure we would receive our couch much sooner than planned. Really lovely genuine service!

Fantastic experience from the moment we walked in thru to delivery of our items. We walked into this store when searching for a new lounge, greeted at the door but not hassled, large range to choose from of quality, comfortable furniture to suit the budget. Service was excellent and they made the effort to help us work out the details. Delivery was superb - care from the delivery men and they took the time to make sure the furniture was in good condition and exactly where we wanted it situated. Highly recommended. Thankyou

Eureka Furniture could not provide the chair that was similar to the one they had on display or that was advertised on line patchwork but mainly had bright colours they got in one that was browns and greens. They would not refund my deposit and would only give 6 months credit note. I phoned them prior to the expiration date to extend it and had to fight tooth and nail to get an extra 6 months.

The table we purchased is stunning, the purchase and delivery was seamless. We did have to wait a while for the item but it was worth the wait. Thanks so much can’t wait to get our bench seat and I’ll be back to order a desk soon.

I must say, we have not been an easy customer but the ladies at Eureka Street were absolute amazing. They helped us out in holding the furniture u til our build was finished, changed and shuffled items around after we realised we measured wrongly and every time I walked In the shop they knew me and my order. Customer Service is brilliant! We will be back to purchase more items. Would Highly recommend.
