My go-to mega store for electronics, white goods, TV and furniture (though they tend to the higher end...for cheaper quality/priced fare head to A-Mart). I love this place because it has everything. And to save a few dollars just ask if they can do a better deal, no harm in asking and in my experience , 100% they will shave a bit off. Their in-house IT support has saved me note than once. Another plus: extremely well staffed. No long waits for help. Recommended.

Just want to share with you how impressed I am with Judi and Justin at TSV store. They truly go above and beyond in their customer service! Nothing is too much trouble for either of them and I think they should be rewarded!! Justin in Tech and Judi in photography.. no time to elaborate but they truly are exceptional!! Kind regards Pip xx

I was helped by a man called Beau, at the Townsville store. What really impressed me was his ability to listen to my technologically inept ideas of what I needed and translate them into the correct fitness tracker. Well done mate.

Nice friendly staff, almost too many staff would approach us to help us, but it's ok . Lots and lots of stock and variety.
