Nick Scali Furniture

Pretty mundane service, it didn't feel like the high end service you would receive at a high end furniture store. After that experience then when you finally go to purchase you're hit with a hefty credit card surcharge, you would think a high end brand like nick Scali could absorb these fees, lower end brands absorb them so it just did not make sense to us. Then it comes down to discussing delivery & turns into some sort of shady deal where you pay the delivery driver directly in cash? All in all it was an odd experience, not what was expected of a store of its caliber.

Thank you nick scali. We brought the most amazing couch from you 2 years ago. It is that good that some one off the internet wanted to buy it when we were selling our house. Had the spring go in the couch on monday called sue in townsville on wednesday. Sue advised that someone will call from there service dept down south. Spoke to a lovely chap that same afternoon who advised that they would send a service man out on friday between 12 & 2 and dave the service man came out on time and was so nice fixed it in an hour with a really courteous manner and a really neat and tidy job. Thanks nick scali and your whole team for really amazing service. We will definitely be back. :)
