This place used to be a staple in the USA, but it's all but gone from there - apparently it moved to Australia.nnThey have a decent variety of stuff that's mid-priced to very cheap. We just arrived in Townsville without any luggage and were able to grab a super cheap set of clothing here for next to nothing.
On 3 occasions over the past 2 weeks, I left the store feeling sorry for the staff as they didn’t give me the impression they were happy working there. Maybe the working conditions aren’t healthy?
Doesn't matter what storevyou go to,they all stock Anko which is absolute crap. Have bought sheets, toaster, sandwich press, vaccuum, kettle, cutting boards. All were in the bin within weeks. Wish I had of kept my docket. Just cheap Chinese rubbish.
Handy location. Great value. Have shopped here forever.
Often extremely messy and low or no stock when online says there is... all the time
