This place used to be a staple in the USA, but it's all but gone from there - apparently it moved to Australia.nnThey have a decent variety of stuff that's mid-priced to very cheap. We just arrived in Townsville without any luggage and were able to grab a super cheap set of clothing here for next to nothing.
Handy location. Great value. Have shopped here forever.
Staff are friendly but store is always understocked, items will show in stock online but they aren't actually in store. Most sections are extremely disorganised, with clothes, toys, and even the office/computer stuff all over the place.
Need to fix the carpark. Pot holes everywhere.nThe abandoned stolen Mercedes adds to the look.
Item was advertised as in stock, but apparently they arrived 2 days ago and still unpacked out the back. Absolutely no interest by the sales staff to help. Wasn’t until we approached the manager, who made an attempt to find the item. Would have to be one of the worst Kmart stores we’ve been too.
