Purchased a small citrus press $13.00 last tuesday. The sales lady told us how good it was and we were told if not happy with it to bring it back. 
Tried to use it on a lemon and it is a lemon.
Maria took it back today with recipt and original packaging. The sales lady she encounted was extremely rude and told her she could not refund the money as it is not their policy.
Now this is for a $13 purchase. Dont buy anything expensive, you have done your money.
One would think to keep a customer, the shop assistant would have said "I am sorry for your inconvenience would you like a refund or a credit" but no, she was rude and simply didn't care. We will never enter ANY Robins Kitchen again and if you are wise you will think twice before you do. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
