Just avoid going on sunday morning The stuffs are not available to give you advice But the showroom is well organize
Spent 3 hours in ikea, waiting for thingd. In the financing, in the kitchen, and waited 45 minutes to pay and leave. Horrible.
I love this store People's words in this store There very kind
I hate entering there I walk all the runway which takes a lot of time and it is very confusing and stupid maze it makes the client would never come back even if the items were given for free
This is a great IKEA store, friendly service and professional staff. Tips: - Get the IKEA app and scan all your purchases before getting all the way to the front. The app will calculate the Total and generate a QR code. Saves you sooo much time! - Fir families with kids: if you plan to have lunch, organize so that at around 11:35ish you are at the food court. They start serving lunch around that time. For kids they have meet balls, fries, fish and chips.
From my point of view, it is the most impressive building for the sale of goods exclusively for the benefit of buyers.
Completely incompetent and really poor customer service. Purchased an item online and paid via their website to have it delivered. 4 x different delivery times were confirmed and 3 times they just didn't show with no communication. The only time they did deliver something, the delivery was incomplete. Again, with no communication of the change. What's the point of purchasing drawers if there's no top/bottom - useless!! I'm still waiting to hear back.
- Very good selections/options, but crowded ofcourse it was recently opened after lockdown - as it is an international brand/ company, they do need to have few English employees/ managers. - employess are not aware about the delivery process, everytime we ask someone in yellow t shirt about delivery process. We got different directions and we lost half a day. - Finally we I met a guy, who helped us to take our order, though it was almost close to closing time.
Really enjoyed my time here. It is very important to ensure you take a good amount of time researching what you need on the website first. If makes the visit much easier if you already know what you want. The store is huge, take a bottle if water as you'll find yourself slightly drained after taking in everything they have for sale. The furniture is fantastic quality, it is very quick and easy to assemble with clear and helpful instruction.
I'm Swedish and I've spent my fair share of time in Ikea. But this place is horrible. From the rude reception when you arrive to the nonchalant behaviour of the staff, to the lack of stock and overall disorganisation. This is not the standard that I am used to. Also refusing a pregnant woman use of the toilet while she waits for her husband to make a return and forcing her to stand in a que for 15 minutes to enter the store doesn't really go hand in hand with the family friendly and inclusive image ikea usually promotes. All in all: This is a terrible experience. Avoid it if you can.
