Staff are awesome,  n so very helpful. With your Co-op membership, sometimes you can save up to 90% on books n other items not just university stuff. Plus it has a post office which is so convenient on campus as I'm sure a lot of students would send interstate n international postage. It's my first go to place for my uni books n love just browsing to see if any of the games, clothes, books I may like, especially with my membership card. Definitely a 5  place

Good service but textbooks are overpriced and I could not get the ones I needed for this semester till a week before class started. Even then they did not have a recommended textbook for one of my subjects and I was told I had to wait another two weeks. I was a bit disappointed but got it online for much cheaper.

Got 2 out of 3 of the books I paid for, apparently theres no trace of me buying anything there so now I have to double pay for a book I needed this week and now won't be able to get my university book till wk 4 of my studies.

If I could give this horrid place less stars I would. Wrong delivery times, no information about the location of my purchase, not even a tracking number or notification of dispatch! Worse than that, they NEVER answer their phone. And their message bank is full. When it isn't full, they never return calls so do not even bother. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Even as a member the Co-Op's textbooks are expensive but its not like many students that don't buy books online have another choice .

Going going gone  - awesome team though.  Sad to see it close. What's a university without a bookstore??? OMG

Over-priced and there was hardly anything in stock. I've never seen a campus bookstore with so little in it.

Ordered 3 textbooks online and after only receiving 2 tried to call them 6 times and they sent me to voicemail.

Go in for text books, leave with a cookie jar you don't need because Portal merch is cool.
