took a vacuum cleaner in and paid $50 for the quote. Waited 8 weeks, as they had forgotten to contact me. Told me it was fixed. Tested it in the shop and it didn't work. Waited another week or two to be told it could not be fixed. So after $50 and an extended delay I was no further forward.
