Last time, I visited this store to ask for information about smart watches. Even though I did not purchase anything at that time, the staff member was incredibly friendly, patient, and willing to explain everything in detail.nnToday, I came back to purchase the Roborock Saros 20 from the same person, and once again, he provided exceptional service. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He then asked another staff to help me to put this in my car.nnI truly appreciate his assistance and am very happy with my purchase. I later found out from another staff member that he is actually the manager of the branch, which honestly did not surprise me because his customer service was outstanding.nnI will definitely return to this branch again in the future. Thank you so much for your excellent assistance!
Long time JB HiFi customer but my first time shopping at the Fyshwick store and I wasn't disappointed. Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to TV selection. He gave us a great discount based on competitor pricing and dropped it more than I expected. I recommend Paul and this store to everyone.
Service is pretty bad . I went in with my special needs son for a gaming laptop.nMy son didnt want to give too much away about budget so he said around 500.nThe guy was so rude to him and spoke frank to us and said youd only get a second hand one for that and left .....nWell well well you have lost customers who buy bigger items . We went to another store got an amazing deal within his budget that was actually bigger than you realised !.nMost importantly he was treated like a human being at the other store and will be a life long customer there not at jb.nHow you treat your customers is what matters !
Good store with a great range. Staff didn't take long to serve us. Only downside is that a product was showing $50 cheaper on the JB hi-fi website. Shouldn't have to price match within the same brand...
A nice place with a pleasant atmosphere and good customer service. There were many sales assistants in the store who actively offered their help, which made it easy for me to find exactly what I needed, and I left satisfied with my purchase.
