Due to a health issue, I wasn’t able to visit the store in person, so I called to get information about a washer and dryer I saw online. My call was transferred to the sales department, where I was greeted by a cheerful voice—Izzy. She provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.nnIzzy gave me every detail about the product, including the best price and even the pros and cons, which made my decision so much easier. She didn’t hesitate to check with her coworkers when I asked questions she wasn’t completely sure about, and she never made me feel like my questions were a bother. Honestly, I might not have made a decision so quickly if it hadn’t been for her.nnKeep up the amazing work, Izzy—you are truly wonderful. I can’t wait to visit the store and meet her in person once I’m able to.

I would like to sincerely appreciate the help I received in-store from Jay regarding issues with my LG TV. He was extremely helpful, patient, and supportive so much, so that words cannot fully express my gratitude. I highly recommend that any customer approach Jay if they need assistance. He provides excellent customer service, attends to customers with great patience, and truly helps with a genuine and caring heart.

Went here to buy a vacuum and came out with 3 more things because of how great Jaz was, she was such an amazing help running around the entire store for us! We would not have found anything we wanted without her she absolutely lit up our entire day. The store was so busy and the products we were after had only 1 or 2 in stock and she did absolutely every thing she could to find every thing. So so thankful for Jaz, thank you so much!

Good store with a great range. Staff didn't take long to serve us. Only downside is that a product was showing $50 cheaper on the JB hi-fi website. Shouldn't have to price match within the same brand...

Great for all electronics! Always get the extended warranties!! I am always happy with my purchases from here.
