Poor service. paid heaps of money to have my hard drive repaired to get it home and not work! also witnessed owner drop my hard drive and laugh it off. now its going to cost more money else where as he now wants to charge me more money to maybe not be able to do anything! over 10000 pics gone! 😭😭😭

The guys here do know what they are talking about and have relevant experience in the field for a number of years. In my experience they were frank and diagnosed my issue quickly and talked me through possible resolutions. They do have a flat rate of $79 to have your computer looked at and diagnosed.

Unfriendly and grumpy but did solve my problem. Was charged $65 for a second hand laptop power adapter.
