I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Will and Alex when I needed assistance with fitting lights on my car. Their professionalism was evident from the moment I made the request. They were prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the task at hand. Not only did they complete the job efficiently, but they also went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their kindness and willingness to help made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Will and Alex for any car-related needs – they truly exemplify excellent customer service.
I came to the store looking for a headlight bulb, I was not sure which ones is the right one for my car, so I asked one of the staff and after seeing my car he recommended me light bulb and he was so sure about it, when I tried to install it I discovered that he gave me a wrong one, I tried to return it but the guy refused to because it is opened box. I bought it based on his assessment and he was so sure about when I came back they told me it’s my responsibility to pick the right product.nnI’m not sure why you hire incompetent staff and the customer takes the responsibility for their mistakes
The service was very poor. I couldn't find things and when I asked the staff, they told me to go look for them myself. When I asked again, they told me to wait, but after waiting for 15 minutes, no one helped me. There were only three customers in the store, so I don't understand what they were busy with. Their attitude was extremely bad. If I could find it myself, why would I need to ask them? I'd rather go to another store to buy what I need.
Came in with a bunch of questions and Jackie was helpful in every way. Super knowledgeable and friendly. I’d return here anytime just based on this excellent experience. They also had everything I needed and the value was good.
Soon after entering I was approached by Alexander, who proceeded to give me great advice and sell me the products I needed. Simple stuff, but great service. Thanks Alexander!
