Was just assisted by Kiara who went above and beyond to find the correct sized cardboard storage boxes for me after they'd been mis shelved. She was so happy & enthusiastic. It made a huge difference to my experience today.

Clara went above and beyond to help myself and my brother who is wheelchair bound. He kept on trying to reach for a product box that looked out of stock. We went over to a worker who told us her name was Clara and that she was here to help. She grabbed the box and saw it was out of stock. she then grabbed a seemingly large ladder and went straight up to grab the product. As well Amasha at the checkout area was an immense help. Managers.... you have trained your workers well!!!! These girls are the future of officeworks and customer service.
Terrible service, claims to price match and are reluctant to proceed when shown the clear proof of the advertisement on costco’s website, yet they make excuses and just don’t want to match. Don't advertise it if you can’t afford to or reluctant to price match and waste customers time. JB HIFI, were able match straight away without hustle.
Looking at the reviews I dodged a bullet here.nManaged to get in and out with no major problems.nThey had what I wanted in stock.nThe lady at the till was polite and friendly.nnThe car park situation is a bit of a mess with both car parks being dead ends.nPeople struggling to turnaround and more cars pushing in making the situation worse.
