Trying to have an order refunded. The wrong item was ordered, you have an item listed for the same price as other businesses, but the item you have listed is the lower quality version. I immediately cancelled the order via phone and was told everything was fine.nnI've since been charged for the item, phoned again to confirm it was supposed to be cancelled, had this confirmed. Then the next day received another email saying my order was ready for collection.nnI definitely regret giving this business may payment details and next step will be contacting the bank to dispute this transaction.
I came in to the print hub, there were no customers around. It took the staff one hour to print and cut 80 business cards. You might think there were complications or I wanted something difficult. There were none. Sheer incompetence. I made no requests for reprints or complaints. Just an incompetent staff member. She handed me half of them after 45 minutes and then required a further 15 minutes to cut the remaining half. Go elsewhere, it’s faster.
Had to solve paper mis-feed myself, no staff around to assist at all.nnPrint job half completed but billed me for the whole lot.nnDo not recommend.nnUpdate - help eventually arrived, fixed jam, but did not assist on how I was to have the lost pages re-printed. Scrammed out of there before I could even ask. Very unsatisfied with product and service.
I would say if you can choose or pick up item without any customer service help thrn this store is for you. I have rarely seen any sales people helping customers. Only few people at cash register.nOther than that - good product range, reasonable price etc. Just another average office works. But their high end electronics price is not cheap compared to other retailers.
I've had two lots of papers copied here recently. The first time I left my thumb usb stick. The second time I asked for the usb stick I left the first time. The staff member handed me a box of at least 150 usb sticks. My complaint is this: why are staff members not handing usb sticks back to their customers after copying the files? This should be obligatory but it is not. Management, take note and do something about this very common problem.
