Good service and friendly staff. The printing section can be a bit slow — sometimes it takes over 20 minutes, and once even 45 minutes, with just one person ahead of me. They seem a little short-staffed there. However, the staff are very helpful and if you ever have an issue with a product, they happily refund or replace it. Overall, still my preferred place for office work and printing.
Helpful staff and a very big store with lots to look at. Plenty of gifts for an crafty art lover...pens, pencils, paints and more. Good school supplies for a reasonable price too. Great place to print photos, Just connect your phone via Bluetooth or cable and select sizes you wish print.nYou can adjust and resize the photos or make collages then pick out a photo frame, there are quite a few sizes and options available. Grab a coffee and print those precious memories
if you need printing service, please consider another store Belco or Braddon.nn1. staff won't be able to solve the issue immediately.n2. Store manager was no existence to try to solve the issuen3. no communication at all through email or phone
I’ve had bad experiences back to back at Officeworks Fyshwick, especially at the printing section. When I had an urgent print job that other branches have easily processed, I was told I’d need to wait 24 hours, and when I asked about escalation the staff member couldn’t be bothered. Also, went I to collect photos during my lunch break, I was stuck in a long queue with no system to separate quick pickups from printing jobs. Even after explaining the urgency, the staff at the front seemed disinterested and told me to wait while they chatted among themselves. Their poor attitude and lack of customer care caused me to miss an important meeting and it’s clear the store urgently needs better printing queue management and improve significantly on customer service.
I came to purchase a new phone and it took about 15 minutes to find someone to help me - I knew exactly what I wanted, so all they needed to do was go out the back and find stock, but there was a complete absence of staff.nnAfter someone finally helped me, I asked them if they could price match in accordance with their 'Price Beat Guarantee' - Telstra was selling the same phone outright for $250 less. The staff member on the counter was willing to do this but the manager came over and refused on the basis 'you have to be on a Telstra plan to buy from Telstra'. I explained that is not the case and anyone can buy a phone outright from Telstra but he was very rude and spoke over me. I said fine, I'll buy it from Telstra instead and did just that. Of course, I did not need to be a Telstra customer to buy from them. I simply walked into the store, was served immediately by a helpful friendly staff member, paid for the phone and left all within 5 minutes.
