To the older gentleman who was working yesterday, thank you so much for your knowledge and input. After following your advise we have now been able to use the shaver properly after cleaning it properly and knowing how to use and care for the shaver correctly. You sir were a true gentleman and gem.

Had a positive experience at this store with Alex who patiently and kindly recommended a hair cut kit a couple of days ago. Unfortunately the kit didn’t include the right size clipper for my hair when I used it later overlooked by Alex and myself so I had to return it for a swap with a cordless kit that I had intended to purchase initially. Store manager told me they don’t do change of mind returns. He kept on speaking over me, insinuated I was a lier by saying I knew what size clippers the kit included, had the audacity to call me rude and aggressive in front of 2 junior staff members. I’m disgusted by how I was treated by store manager at this store today. My experience turned from 5 star with Alex to 1 star after dealing with such a impatient and abusive individual who had the audacity to call me rude, aggressive and a lier within 60 seconds. He’s not fit to represent your brand and lead a team.
I went here to look for a straight razor and was directed to a shelf where they would be. After looking for 5 minutes and failing to find any, I asked again and was informed that there are none in stock in Australia due to COVID. Was fairly disappointed by the service here. I could have saved time if they had just told me to start with, rather than wasting my time. At least they offered the good suggestion of looking for one online.
Such friendly and helpful staff! Some products can be tried out in store to assure you are buying an effective product. If they don't stock what you want, they refer you to online ordering with free home delivery in around 5 days. Highly recommended
Some bogan quipped "What's a guy with a beard and a bald head even doing in this shop?" And I retorted "What's a bloke who's on the rough side of 170kg wearing joggers and a rugby Jersey for?" Turns out he was there for the Duoflex 750 Epilator for his missus that's on special. Good price too. Anyway, good beard stuff here as well.
