I have found this company is the most infuriatingly difficult provider to deal with. Basic incompetence and the inability of silos to talk to each other within the organisation is what I've found. No matter how good the local office might be at selling you stuff, then your account is owned by a seemingly inept team in Sydney. Right now, I have been given a better offer for my needs by Exetel. Less than half what Commander charges me. I have tried contacting the Sydney team 3 times now over the past 4 working days, and still no one wants to call me back. They call me a "Platinum" customer. But they can't call me back. Imagine what you'll get if you're some other colour of customer, maybe "Mission Brown"..... I get the distinct feeling no one cares whatsoever.

Keith has been incredibly useful, knowledgeable, and engaged in the process of upgrading our phone system, internet, and taking everything over to Commander. He has worked tirelessly to make it work for us, over and above what I would expect of anyone in his position. Every step of the way, he has been invested in making it work for us. Thanks Keith, you are a gem :)
