A great pub to chill after a long walk in the mountain. Nice beer and food with cosy interior. I didn’t expect to find a pub like this in the middle of mountain. What a pleasant surprise!

Love this place. We were here after the cradle mountain hike and sat outside on the benches. A solo guitarist was on the patio, the service was super fast and the loaded fries and burger were fantastic. Nice views and saw a wombat wandering around on the grass.

Tasty food with great service. Option of sitting inside by log fire or outside with views to Cradle mountain. Had the fish n chips and lamb burger on seperate occasions. Impressed both times. Definitely worth a visit for lunch or dinner.

Food decent with nice view of bushland. Building itself is a beautiful log cabin.

We stayed at the adjoining lodge and the meals were consistently yummy! They accommodated changes to my meals and the staff were excellent.
