Bayviews Restaurant & Lounge Bar is situated on the beach in Burnie with great ocean views, modern Tasmanian cuisine, catering for all tastes.

A great place for lunch, a relaxing dinner, or call in for drinks at the lounge bar.

A function room is available for private dining, weddings, seminars, conferences and meetings.

Situated on the edge of the CBD and right on the beachfront the restaurant provides magnificent views. Often you can even watch dolphins, whales and seals swimming past.

The food and views both are lovely. We had the slow cooked lamb shoulder, wallaby, some chips and calamari. The hostess was warm and cheerful. On the slightly expensive side ( our bill was around $110 without drinks for 2 adults and a child).
The food plating, taste and portion were all just right.

One of the, if not only, fine dining places in Burnie. Had the eye fillet. Great cut and it was cooked to perfection. A little expensive for the area but you get what you pay for. Fantatic drink selection as well. Service was attentive without being overbearing.
