The service was friendly, making me feel welcomed right from the start. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. I also tried their famous chips, which were hot and delicious, complementing the chicken perfectly. As a delivery partner, picking up orders from KFC North Terrace is always a frustrating experience.nnFor an order worth just $6 to $8, we are often made to wait more than 40 minutes. This is unacceptable. Just a reminder—we are doing this as a job, and a little respect for our time would go a long way.nnYour staff seems inefficient compared to other restaurants in Burnie, where deliveries are managed smoothly and efficiently. Please improve your service.
The Service and Cleanliness of KFC Burnie is astonishing. During my visit I was on a time stretch to grab a quick feed with hopes to not wait long, and I received my meal immediately.nBecause of the quick service I had time to sit in-store and appreciate the hard efforts, I felt so considered.nFrom that experience, I will not find myself in any takeaway store but KFC Burnie. It’s really so comforting to know that my chips will be salted perfectly and my Pepsi Max is extra crisp.nTo put it simple, I love KFC Burnie.
i had to come back to make another review because oh my this place got me feeling all type of ways, i came in for a quick bite after a long hard working day and i was like hmm kfc sounds so good. i walked into the building everyone said hello and asked how i am and what id like today, they made my food fresh, tasty, and with love big shout out to the manager for making this place the way it is now. i will be coming back for more definitely recommend going to this kfc
Went to order a family meal today… I don’t eat take away often and I’m fussy about chips… if I’m ordering hot chips I like them to be hot and fresh.nI asked if I could have chips straight from the fryer otherwise it would be a waste of my money.nThe girl serving Alyssa real smart arsy says to the girl behind ‘she wants fresh ones’… I could tell by looking at the ones sitting in the tray they weren’t freshnWalk out go and find a place to eat and they were absolutely horrible, barely room temperature, the packaging wasn’t even warm so they went straight to the bin.nI didn’t ask for much but the team on today obviously decided it was too much… I don’t usually leave reviews and just don’t ever go back…nBut I thought today if I was the owner of that business I’d want to know.
