Booked in for 2 days. Rating 20/10.nCannot fault anything. Rooms clean, bright & comfortable. Loved the fire. Didnt realise continental breakfast was included, cant fault it. Laundry next to the rooms very handy.nHad dinner here the 2 nights. Meals were absolutely delicious and huge serves.nStaff ultra friendly & over the top helpful.nMany places could take a note of how to run a hotel from this hotel. Shame we dont live nearby as we would be here all the time.
Had a wonderful stay at the Beach Hotel in Burnie. Burnie is a fairly small town but still beg enough to feel like there is plenty of space and activities to do.nRooms was nice and adequate. Comfortable bedding, clean and with all the supplies required for a pleasant stay.nNearby activities are just outside the door, there is the beach and playground across the road, the Burnie CDB is around the corner with major shops in that location.nSafe area generally, it's quite a peaceful and relaxed city.nWalking around Burnie is fairly easy, a few smaller hills around the hotel but nothing to steep. Main essentials like shopping, eating, drinking and tourist attractions are all around the corner.nFood and drinks can be found nearby with Fast Food restaurants, bistros, convenience stores and supermarkets all surrounding the hotel.nI was in town for the nightly penguin parade and it's only a mere 10 minute walk from the hotel.
My wife and I booking in for lunch at short notice on Sunday.nWe were greeted in a very friendly manner and offered a table in the sun on a beautiful day, which was greatly appreciated. Our order was taken efficiently and with a smile. The meals both ordered steak were cooked exactly to our liking, the vegies were all great and the sauces that we ordered were delicious. A great meal in a great place. Thank you very much.
Fabulous room 4, clean, spacious, and the best pork belly I’ve had in a very long time. Excellent- I shall be staying here again.
