The Burgers cant get any worse! Crispy Chicken burger the size of your palm, the crispy chicken style patty maybe measures 1.5cm thick if your lucky, a teaspoon of lettuce all for $11.20 not published on their order boards at the drive through! I have photos to show that the product is false and misleading at Burnie. Friends in Mildura said they had the best burger and recommended it. I would not recommend it for the price. Go elsewhere. Pretty much anywhere else would provide a better product for the price tag!
I waited in the drive through fot 12 minutes for my order 2 cokes and 1 serve of pancakes.The staff were doing their best, they clearly need more staff in the am. Hungry Jack's do better by your employees
I am really surprised to say that the friendliest and warmest service I have received out of all of Tasmania’s food establishment actually happened at a Hungry Jack’s outlet. All I bought was coke so I can’t comment on the taste of the food but I did leave the place feeling pleasantly surprised.
Their customer service is pretty good however they need to take more care when making up the on line orders . When they offer customised burger eg when you ask for NO pickles No onions, means you don't want them on you burger full stop , . And NO salt on the chips means No salt .nThe Managers need more training when it comes to knowing how to fix a problemneg. How the online app works or why it doesn't work . And maybe offer some sort of deal when the app is down week after week rather than tell the customer they can still order the same things ,they just won't be at a reduced rate ..nnTheir food is hit and miss, sometimes it's hot other times it's cold or the nuggets taste like they have been sitting there forevernnThe size of the meals are getting smaller and the prices are getting bigger .
Generally good, but often the wait times are excessive considering the amount of people dining and in the drive through
