Story

Terms and conditions for 9/11 Facebook competitions:
1. Entry is open to all Tasmanian residents over the age of 18. Photo ID will be requested upon claiming of prize with the exception of employees of Vantage Group (and their immediate families) who are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry is via Facebook page only.
3. Competition period will be stipulated on the Facebook posting of the competition in question.
4. Vantage Group reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence and proof of purchase) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Competitions are drawn randomly by a Vantage employee at the Vantage Group head office (405 Brooker Highway, Lutana, 7009)
6. Management’s decision is final and will not be negotiated
7. Prize value does not exceed $1000
8. Unless expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions of Entry all other expenses involved in a Prize are the responsibility of the Prize winner. All costs associated with a travel prize which are not specified to be included in the prize, including but not limited to any transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance and other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the winner and their companion/s.
9. Winners have seven (7) days to claim their prize. In the event that prize is not claimed management reserves the right to redraw a new winner.
10. In the event of time reliant prizes (i.e. event tickets) the winner will have until 24 hours prior to the event time to claim their prize. In the event that the prize is not claimed before that time management reserves the right to redraw a new winner.
11. Where applicable, Vantage Group reserves the right to request winner provide proof of identity and purchase. Entrants should keep their original Eligible Product receipt. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. Prior to awarding a Prize, the Promoter may contact an Entrant and request a copy of the Eligible Product receipt.
