Better than average mid level accommodation. Expect average and be impressed by the staff's genuine efforts to please you. You're not paying Hilton prices so you will get only nice basics but the place is light hearted and fun and close to the Spirit. They offered us a complimentary ride to the boat. I'm sure if you ask they'll help you out. Nothing was a problem only too happy to help. Worth the money. A traveling hotel more than a luxury one but perfect for what it is. Thanks again. We'd return if in the area.

Comfortable and quiet.  Quirky fittings in the room.  Hot water hard to come by in the basin.  Nice breakfast.

Great place to stay. Jan is a very welcoming and helpful host as is his staff. The restaurant attached to the lodge has great meals at very reslistic prices. A great location in Devonport.

Great room, nice owners. Great location after getting off the Spirit of Tasmania.
