A truly lovely park. The owners are so friendly and always on hand. Not a Big 4 but better in its own happy way. Would always stay here over the other parks just for the relaxing atmosphere alone. Thank You for our stay and we'll see you on our next visit to Tasmania.

Motel has seen better days. Pretty rundown. Only saving grace is the availability of rooms for larger families.

You can't knock the view for unpowered camp sites - oceanfront, with keys for beach access. The park is cheap and cheerful, but it needs more trees for summer campers, as once it gets busy, the shaded spots go fast. Amenities are basic, the place needs a bit of maintenance work, it is a bit rundown and there are permanent tennants on site. It's definitely one for the backpackers over elite campers. Having said that, people were friendly, the price for unpowered sites was fairly cheap and there's easy access to the main part of town. The site is very close to Spirit of Tasmania, so if you're on the early boat, that's handy.

Very friendly. Bathrooms recently upgraded and clean. Only gripe is WiFi in unpowered camping area is woeful.
