Everything you need in one place. A good toy section with an assortment of plush toys to radio controlled toys. A small electronics section which can be slow to get service at times. Large women's clothes section, with one of the larger underwear sections I've seen in a diacount department store. Overall great.

My daughter is crazy for PJ mask at the moment and was delighted when i saw the masks advertised in the latest catalog. My wife went to get 2 masks but when she got there she could only find 1 mask. She went to the cashier to purchase some other items and thought she would just ask the cashier. she was confronted by an older lady whos responce to "do you know if any more would be coming in" was try castletown. When my wife informed her they were in the catalog she proceeded to state call castletown cause we dont know when things come in. Then to make matters worse the lady couldnt even be bothered to put the docket into my wifes hand. She had just placed it on the register. So yes i will now be shopping at castletown and not at your store if thats the rude reception you allow your customer service cashiers to deliver.

Used to be fabulous for their return policy and extra service sourcing items from other stores but they have tightened up the return policy over the years and I am afraid the quality of their clothes has slipped making stuff more likely to shrink in the wash or come apart. Hard to find larger sizes are more available but range could still be expanded because this is where they excel. Still good budget shopping on the whole though.
