They didn’t have the product I was looking for and when the staff member asked, who I presume is the manager, she then said they would not just order one for me but I would have to wait for the company to place a multi product order and said I would have to wait up to 3 weeks for delivery of a simple cotton safety vest! Not impressed with their manner in looking after casual customers.

Wasn't taken seriously about an order. Never got a call back.. ordered it myself online. We dont go in get quotes and ask questions if we DON'T want to spend money..
