They even ordered samples of shirts that weren’t in stock, allowing me to take them to our office for staff to try on. The ordering process was effortless, with prompt notifications when the order was ready, and everything arrived correctly. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process.
I went into totally workwear this morning with a pair of steel cap boots I had bought from them previously those boots weren’t for me so I wanted a refund but I spoke to Karen who was fantastic about my situation, she helped me find the right boots that would suit me & my work. The customer service Karen showed me was outstanding I wasn’t going to buy another pair of boots from there but Karen showed understanding & knowledge on my situation it made me feel secure in buying from there again. So thank you Karen well done
Excellent choice. Great staff that are willing to take the time to make sure you have the gear that fits. Highly recommend.
The two young staff I dealt with were great! I was chasing a new pair of work boots and despite it being close to closing they took the time to ensure I got a good fit. I’ve since done a lot of walking in those boots and they are terrific.
In a city where work wear shops are literally everywhere, these guys are a definite stand out. Staff are friendly and attentive and go out of their way to offer help. The shop also has a very large selection of products available. Highly recommended .
