I came in this morning to purchase some shoes and Tara who was there was very friendly and helpful in finding the right pair, she spent her morning making sure my needs were met so I could find the perfect shoe for this weekend. I really appreciated the good customer service she showed and will definitely be buying my shoes from there now on. Thank you Tara for the great experience!

Horrible and rude service. When I wanted to exchange a pair of shoes that were scuffed along the side they refused and claimed that I shouldn't get a new pair because "they have a sale-able fault and they could still make money off them from DFO." Have not even received a second response from my email complaint for three months even though all I asked was to exchange the shoes, not even a refund. Will never purchase from Novo again, have lost a great customer.
