I have been a client for many years. The treatments I have received have greatly improved the way my feet work and reduced my pain. My private health insurance covers much of the cost so it makes the visits affordable. The receptionists and podiatrists are friendly and efficient.
Very bad customer service . The Front desk as well as the Podiatrist in the centre. Over charging $190.00 for just a 20 minutes doing little chitty chat and less work. Avoid this place at all cost it's a waste of time and money.
The most friendly staff that truly care about the services offered and provided. Go above and beyond. Have been going to John for a long period of time and I would honestly cry if he ever leaves.
When I inquired about the cost of an initial appointment I was quoted $88. Upon paying for my appointment I was told it totalled $208 $50 of which was a product I had purchased which was fine because I had had a biomechanics assessment as well I walked on a treadmill for 2 minutes if that. I would have liked to have known about the cost of walking on the treadmill prior. Plus, I would have thought being a podiatry clinic that assessing my walking would have been part of an initial appointment anyway. Extremely disappointed and annoyed that I am this much out of pocket. You should be far more upfront with your costing. Had I been aware how much this was going to be, I would have chosen to go elsewhere. I do hope you consider refunding me the $70 biomechanics assessment fee, because to be quite honest, it's a joke.
Poor service, front desk staff that don’t know what they are talking about. Better off going anywhere else. Couldn’t even process a simple DVA appointment. Avoid
Great team and terrific podiatrists. With the change in ownership and management MyFootDr are definitely taking a step in the right direction
Appalling customer service. Andrea the front desk "manager" is in dire need of some customer services training :-!
