The ladies here are wonderful! My veins can be a little difficult to find, but they always find them first go! I'm super anxious with needles but the team here make me feel so comfortable & safe.
7/3/2022 Highly not impressed to hear from my father the way he was spoken to and treated first thing this morning by the lady who was on. To hear all she did was whinge and complain and to not even use manners is beyond me and first thing in the morning, yes I understand it’s busy and I sympathise to some degree. Upon looking at the reviews and comments from other people I understand why now it will be the last time my father will ever come to to place and I’ll be letting others know to go somewhere else. I know you probably won’t care and we are just another number but take a look at yourselves and who you employee maybe some retraining is in order or a course on being a decent human being.
Had a pleasant experience this morning, everyone was lovely, quick and professional.
$145 for a COVID test for travel and they can't send a text with the results?? It's literally the one job today, take the swab and send a text. The results didn't come through until I called TWICE to have them release the text. Lucky I made the call and didn't wait.
