Staff is not too bad but doctors are highly incompetent. We went there a few times for our toddler and will never go back. We first saw a doctor when she was having very high fever and told her we thought she had all the symptoms of a UTI (quite common in little girls). Without testing for a UTI she sent us home saying she would be fine. A couple of weeks later and after her fever returned we saw a second doctor there and the same thing happened. He sent us home on a Friday afternoon saying we should go to the ER if no improvement. We did end up at the ER that night and they confirmed an UTI. She was so bad they had to give her panadol and neurofen at the same time to get her fever under 39 degrees. Then another time we went there to follow up on an ear infection she had had. A third doctor (different from the previous 2) told us she was perfect. Next day she has fever again so we call doctor to your door (it was saturday) and fair enough her eardrum is completely swollen with pus from her ear infection. The eardrops the doctor from mundingburra had given us couldn't do anything as it was a middle ear infection (not in the outside). Honestly, we've been there 3 times, saw 3 different doctors, everytime told them what we thought our toddler had and they were bad enough NOT to see it! I also got told by a lady doctor there that I should think about stopping to breastfeed my baby when she was only a little over 1 year old. Every other doctor in the world recommends to breastfeed until 2 and every other doctor and nurse has always told me our little one would recover more quickly because I was breastfeeding. Not going back and not recommending anyone to go, you might loose your time and your health.
