Such a clever idea to have a shoe shop and foot spa under the one roof! I went in for a pair of Birkenstocks and then had a pedicure. I'm so happy to finally find a place where they are very thorough on getting the hard/dry skin off my feet, plus provide proper foot massage as well! Thank you :)

Very poor customer service. The middle-aged sales woman (Jenny) I found to be rude, disrespectful and condescending. They have very poor communication process regarding faulty shoes I returned. Jenny said only the owner could process a repair or replacement and that the owner would ring me. Four days later the owner still hadnt rung me. I had to go into the store to find out what was happening. Jenny then rang the shop owner (Robyn) whilst I was waiting. After their phone call I asked what was happening. Jenny rudely said to me, "Didnt you hear what I said to her on the phone? You did hear. You heard what I said to her". This is how they treat customers. I wont be buying from this shop again. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Go elsewhere. They have awful staff who treat customers like dirt.
